CMS recommendation for photo site

Hi,

I'm looking for a recommendation for the best CMS for a photography site. Something that has a good resize-on-upload facility without ruining the quality of the images. It would also need a really cool front-end album.

I love photography ( but I don't have time for it unfortunately ) so I looked for something similar in the past .
