How many people here are using these types of services and do you find it promotes your website well?

I have just signed up my forum located @ Blaa.ie Community Forum - Powered by vBulletin to Feedburner but i'm pesimistic about it's impact.

Any thoughts or opinions on the service? Have you noticed any extra clicks or activity on your site after submitting?
