Getting a site de-indexed in Bing

Accidentally removed my robots.txt file on a test site I'm working on, and it's been indexed.

I've removed it from Google with webmaster tools, I've verified it with Bing but I can't find an option in Bing webmaster tools to get it de-indexed.

Am I missing something obvious?

As always, I found the answer just after posting. You can't. Not automatically, anyway. You have to complete an e-mail form to request it.

Though Bing's help does offer 3 methods of (eventually) automatically removing your site: block it with robots.txt, add a noindex meta tag, or, most helpfully, "Remove the webpages from your website".

Not very impressed with BWT so far!
