Hosting365 login question

I've been asked by a friend to update her existing website (which hasn't been done in a while). She told me that she is using Hosting365 and gave me login/pass details. I've never used H365 myself and I can't figure out how to access the site (I usually just use FTP):

• the CP link on their website does not work

• I googled that another CP link is cp hosting365 ie (sorry can't post links yet!) but when I enter her login/pass it's not accepted.

Is it H365 fault, or maybe there is a chance her account has expired if the site has not been touched in a while? The site is still up though. The person who used to take care of the website went incommunicado and my friend is not familiar with technical details. Any help appreciated!

It's probably Register365 and not Hosting365 ..

Thanks, went to check but it doesn't work either. The website says R365 panel serves accounts paid for after March 2009, hers was set up sth like 2-3 years ago.

Ring register365 support on 1890 944 500 and give them the details, they should be able to help from there...
