How can I place a video inside and image

I have some video files I want to have on my site
I want to place the videos inside an image of a flat screen tv to make it look like they're playing on the tv.

How exactly can this be done

Make the image of the TV the background of the div you're placing the video inside.

Then you should be able to float the video object in the center?
