How to transfer my data from PST to MBOX?

I have 10 GB of pst file and want a solution to Convert pst to mbox for Saving backup file for future and import mbox file to my Thunderbird account directly.
Please help me?

You'll probably need to get a converter tool. I've never used any of them, so I can't recommend any, but there are quite a few out there:
