Increase Traffic Targeting Social Media Links

Hi,

I found this software & it looks pretty impressive. SocialBlaster.com It auto posts to 47 social marketing sites from one destination.

I'm looking for some advise on this - does anyone have experience with online marketing software such as this?
OR
Do you have any other recommendations?
