He is comming close to keyword stuffing on the term "SEO" but it's still OK.

Correct me if I'm wrong, should the "Qualified Adwords Company" logo be a link to where it's verified by google?

I think you are taking about the adward logo that is displayed in that website. Google adword take an examination for both company or individual. You can able to clear that exam, obviously this needs high level of knowledge in Google adwords, you will receive a certificate that you can disolay whereever you want.
