Looking for good web directory software

Hi There,
I'm currently shopping around for some good web directory software and I'm looking for your advice and tips. Here's a rough list of my requiremnts. The most important ones are first:

Very easy and flexible to customise - knowledge of HTML or basic PHP, ASP, is all that would be needed.
Ability to mail all memebers with their listing statistics every month.
Ability to accept plug-ins or widgets to improve functionality.
Integrated newsletter mail system.
Very SEO friendly.
Should have the ability to accept PayPal payments.
Banner advertising and Google adsense.
Can integrate Blog, forum or news section where articles can be placed.
Searchable and categories easily sortable.

I'm looking at Directory Script, Free Directory Software :: eSyndiCat Directory Software at the moment and it looks good. Any other recommendations or comments would be very welcome.

I recently setup a directory with PHPLinkDirectory and it's quite good. Haven't tried esyndicat but it looks pretty good too.

I'm using esyndicat on 2 of my sites and it appears to be the best of a bad bunch.
There's no such thing as an "out-of-the-box" solution.. be prepared for problems!
