Newsletters - BCC or individual emails

Hi,

I have a CMS system that has a built in ezine syste - some of my customers are sending newsletters out to a few thousand subscribers monthly, at the minute the system sends individual emails.

is there ay reason why i should be cutting down on the number of emails by bcc ing less emails to a number of people.

does this affect mails being seen as spam?

Individual emails generally work better to be honest.

If you're concerned about spam check the headers carefully and also make sure that you have:

• Reverse dns setup on the server
• Publish valid SPF for the domain

Its not really recommend to BCC more then 10 or so people. After that it starts being seen as spam. Individual emails are better.
