Hi Everyone, new to this, so excuse any errors
I have a Google No. 1 ranked .com Irish based online shop which I am thinking of selling.
Anyone know how to value it or anywhere there maybe buyers out there?

No. q Rated Website

Ranked doesn't necessarily = revenue so I would suggest that you

1. When a buyer does contact you that you share (privately) your analytics with them and some idea of your current revenue and conversion rates.
2. You should also share your current costs of maintenance in both cash and time as this is important to set the level of maintenance expectation with them.

This is a good forum for just that so ask for Pms of interest and work offline with any comms on the matter as there is a healthy community here that may be interested.

Good luck with it.

The obvious question I'd have is "number 1 for what?"

You also need to work out exactly what you are selling.
Is it the domain only?
the domain + the site?
If the site is selling products how easily can someone else take over?
Is there stock?
Are there relationships with vendors?
Software?
Designs?
