Problems Posting Images to Twitter on 3G

At the moment I don't seem to be able to post photos / images to Twitter when I'm on 3G
It works fine when I'm on a WIFI network, but when I'm on 3G they fail and get saved in my "drafts"

Has anyone else had this issue?

I find that a lot of the time I can't even send a tweet on the 3G network - everything is getting saved to drafts
