Quick online shop question

If I wanted to have a go at starting an online shop, something very simple - I seem to see a format a lot - e.g. Onestop Digital or a nicer version is: www.discs.ie - www.discs.ie Online Store

Anyone know what it is and how you get it? If I just wanted to play around with the back end to see how it worked etc?
