I've a couple of blogs that lend themselves to some level of automation eg. pulling in niche specific press releases and other content, though I need to be able to throttle the posting frequency and volume
I was looking at FeedWordPress | simple and flexible Atom/RSS syndication for WordPress which is very cool, but it doesn't seem to have any "throttles", so you could easily end up with 100 articles from a single source which would swamp a site completely.
So does anyone know of any Wordpress plugins that can pull in RSS feeds and give some level of control over how many posts and how often they're posted?
