Search engine listing for my business name

hi guys, iv a query for anyone who knows the answer - how long does it take google to list a brand new website for it's business name?

for example, if my business is called r&d tow trucks and my website is at rdtowtrucks.ie and i have submitted my sitemap through google webmaster tools - how long before i am listed when someone searches directly for r&d tow trucks ???

Hello Wwrjd, welcome to the forums.

The time frame is not set in stone. It can be 30 minutes, 4 hours, 1 day, 3 days, and it goes on.
If you link to the website (for example - rdtowtrucks.ie) from different websites you might find your web page listed in Google's search results sooner than expected.

If you are targeting keywords/keyphrases (for example - r&d tow trucks), it can take days, weeks or months to show up for that search on Google.com depending on the competition.
