You can start threads except in the marketplace. I had to limit that as it was being swamped with spam. I may lift the restrictions at some point

no i was just wondering if i can be done and how do you do it. Do upload to a hosting account and just link to it there?
Does every forum work the same or does it depend on the set up?

When you post ... you should see a feature towards the bottom of the post saying manage attachments ... after that it'll hopefully be pretty obvious.

Most vBulletin forums would be similar to this.

Other systems as well really :)
