SOLD! Wedding site and domain - 63k unique pa - PR5

Hi Guys I am selling When is my wedding - Wedding Ticker Countdown for Bebo, MySpace, Forums, Email and Blogs which is a popular Wedding Ticker site .

A wedding ticker is where a bride to be (usually the bride) creates an image to place on their site, blog, social network or forum. this then counts down to their wedding day. See Wedding ticker - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and Shoes - AUSTIN - The Knot Forums

Current site requires little or no maintenance.
The site generated 63,000 unique visitors last year.
It has a page rank of 5.
It is self advertising as users intentionally create a banner to put on their site that links back to whenismywedding.com.
We also implemented an opt-in subscribe feature to the site last year and have collected 6000 subscribers. These can be targeted by wedding date (and every anniversary after that) and location.
The site does not have sending capabilities.

Entire site is coded in Ruby on Rails.

Selling because I don't have time to monetise it effectively.

Alan : any revenue ? Do you have a guide price in mind ? I'm interested but my budget isn't really that great right now.

When you say uniques, that is image views, or visitors to the website ?

No Revenue Paul. I have never tried.
That is 63,000 unique visitors to the website.
There are really only two pages to the site so pageviews are a little over twice that.
