Technically it is sound, but I think you could really take it to the next level if you were to work with a graphic designer.
I don't mean to sound harsh, but while you have made it functional on several levels the graphics could be improved

Are you talking about the header and page footer?

That will change, but ignore it for the moment.

The car sale was design as a package for those interested in displaying used cars for sale on any website that supports php. The header and footer is easily customisable, while the car sale section comes from funkyjamjars.ie

another example can be seen here: Dublin, Ireland New Used Car Sale - Powered by FunkyJamjars.ie with plain header.

I know. Thinking of taking them off if I don't find a solution to show over the form.
It only happens in input form elements.

Can't remember if I saw a solution for this problem somewhere - will have a look and get back to you. It's caused by a bug in the the way IE renders input elements and z-indexes I think.

[edit] sorry -apparently the only solution is to dynamically remove the input element with the onmouseover event for the element that fires the popup. The only other workaround I saw was to adjust the layout of where the popup appears? Maybe the popup could appear above the 'Trade' link?

I'll taka another look and see if I didn't come across some other workaround.
