add a cms to an existing html site

given you are looking for advice ... I'm going to go with Free and simple CMS CushyCMS ...

Normally I wouldn't and would say setup CMSMS / wordpress / MT4 / snews / textpattern or something similar but from sounds of it you don't have too much experience with this ?

idea behind cushy is ... it holds the blocks of content .. ( or something like that )

I second Cushy for simple CMS setup. Doesn't have all the the bells & whistles of other CMS systems but works well
