I would wait around and see if you can watch what happens to other sites on their network.
You got to take take care of any 'networks' as they can *sometimes* get punished.
Then you also have to consider the impact on your own property?
What are readers going to think when you have blog posts about watches? Maybe a bad example, but unless the product/service is closely correlated with your niche those posts are bound to piss off your readers. (Do they require you to make a affiliate notification on the post?)

from what I learned, BlogToProfit are buying sponsored posts. You will be paid for every posts when you at least mention some keywords that they ask you to. I have friends who enrolled to their program and are earning
