FAQ SW suggestion ?

I'm looking for recommendations for the following :

• FAQ/Knowledgebase Software
• PHP / MySQL backend
• SEO friendly urls
• Tracking of most popular questions
• Allow comments & ratings
• (free if possible)

I was think of going along the lines of a wiki if I can't find something I want.

Sorry it is a CMS ... I should have said ... was rushing earlier ... so it would be a question of templating it together to do what you want
