DoneDeal.ie is also very good for selling second hand stuff. Worth a go only costs €3.00 each time

Sell Stuff

Also Sell Stuff - often I get more hits on google analytics from done deal and sell stuff than I do from organic searches? Worth a try

I appreciate your comments but all I know is that when I sell anything with them it gets high ranking, lots of hits and sells very quickly. Maybe google finds this site more credible? I works over any other site and its easy to edit an ad

I beg to differ. I am a paid advertiser on facebook and so far, it does not add up. I spent more then I made on profit.

DoneDeal also get a huge volume of searches plus allow you add 3 images and a video if you like- so works very well for specialised areas like horses where a video sells easier than any words can.

Not sure what line of business you are in but anytime I advertise to a niche market it works very well. If I title my ads in broad context it does not work in terms of clicks or sales

Which Irish sites are worth advertising on?

Display advertising in Ireland is pretty tough, at one end you have the high volume sites who have a completely over inflated sense of the value of display advertising at the other end you have sites who just don't get enough traffic.

In Ireland I've found its far better to stick too PPC, SEO and being active on forums/blogs.

Cheers
