I have a similar issue... I thought my reports and stuff were gone but it was something to do with how they added my google accounts together. Now every time I log in I have to change the account dropdown at the top from some random UA number to the actually accounts that I want to see...

More than likely not the same issue as you but thought i'd throw it out there...

Double check that you are signing in with the right account. Also check that you have the right account selected. Top right hand corner drop down labeled My Analytics Account:

If the problem is not either of those. They should reply to your query soon, I'd say the other email was auto-generated with the launch of V3 Analytics features.

Generally the most common issue as to why accounts, appear to ermmm... disappear.

You can delete the other account now, if you go to Analytics settings for that account you should be able to delete it.
