some people won't know where "derry" is ;) sorry couldn't resist that one.

Usually they are very poorly educated. Oh and there is always one, isn't there?

David. I would beef up the content you have for the reviews. 1 paragraph for each review makes it look very bare.

Also, you are a topic-specific site, the content management is very general. in your reviews you should have clear headings for "For" "Against", "Rating" etc. with graphics, possibly graphs etc.
Also, your review listing should be redesigned.

I would add some visitor interaction with that. Allow them to vote on the car that is being reviewed. That might be stepping too far ahead at this point.

While I do recommend some interaction, please, for the love of God, avoid any sort of social networking! Fine, allow people to vote or comment. Better, have trusted reviewers but allowing people to have profiles or friends or comments inevitably degenerates into socialnet anarchy.

For sure. Its not even in the right niche for social networking, best keeping the more professional approach for a site like that.

I think the register link should be a nice button on the top right corner spaced properly between the top of the page and the menu. The text link looks amateurish.

I would add pictures of the car to the new car reviews.

then seo/adwords etc..

You're targetting the Irish market with a .com hosted in the US.

Move the hosting to Ireland - that will help with SEO

The "click here to register" looks amateurish

The logo is very weak, as is the favicon

Investing a few hundred euro in a brand would help. At the moment it looks like so many other sites that I've seen

Proper alt text on the images - helps with seo and with visually impaired users

Why are you publishing the sellers email directly on the site?

Buy and Sell New and Used Cars on IrishMotor.com: About us - typos and Americanisms

The left navigation links - capitalisation is not consistent

The hover css looks silly

Turn on the mod_rewrite options - the software supports them

Fix the broken links:

http://irishmotor.com/new_cars
http://irishmotor.com/used_cars
http://forums.irishmotor.com/

Do you have to link back to the software vendor? It's confusing
